Shipping and Product Warranty

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address confirmed during checkout. Availability, shipping charges, serviceable areas, and estimated delivery timing may vary by product, inventory location, destination, courier, and promotion. We will contact you if additional verification or a delivery adjustment is required.

Inspect the package when it arrives. If it appears damaged or tampered with, document its condition before opening and contact us promptly with your order details and photos. Do not discard the packaging while a delivery or product claim is being reviewed.

Warranty support

Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Coverage may be administered by the manufacturer, authorized distributor, service center, or Silicon Valley PH. Keep your sales invoice, serial number, packaging, and included accessories. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repair, liquid exposure, or normal wear may not be covered, subject to the applicable warranty and consumer law.
