An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance. We may contact you to correct an obvious error, confirm availability, request verification, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund an unavailable or incorrectly priced order.

Orders and payment

You must provide current and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Payments are handled through the methods offered at checkout and may be subject to provider verification. We may decline or cancel transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, misuse, resale abuse, or unauthorized payment.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by stock location, address verification, courier operations, weather, holidays, and events outside our reasonable control. Inspect the package upon receipt and report loss, visible damage, or discrepancies promptly.

Warranty, returns and refunds

Warranty coverage varies by product and may be provided by the manufacturer, distributor, or Silicon Valley PH. Keep your receipt and serial-number information. See our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges page for the request process. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, scrape it excessively, submit unlawful material, misuse promotions, or infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property and external links

Site content, branding, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Product and company names may be trademarks of their owners. External services and links are governed by their own terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
