Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at info@siliconvalley.com.ph or (02) 8371-6868. Include your order number, receipt or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant.
Before returning an item
Please wait for return instructions before sending or bringing an item to us. Unless the item is defective, returned products should be complete and in their original condition, with packaging, manuals, accessories, serial labels, and promotional items. Keep your proof of shipment or handover.
Inspection and available remedies
Returned items may be inspected or tested. Depending on the circumstances, product condition, manufacturer or distributor process, and applicable consumer law, the available remedy may be repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Change-of-mind requests
Change-of-mind returns are evaluated individually and may not be available for opened, activated, registered, customized, clearance, hygiene-sensitive, downloadable, or license-based products. Please contact us before purchase if return eligibility is important to your decision.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the agreed payment method. Posting time depends on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway, and any required verification. Original delivery or processing charges may be non-refundable unless the item was defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
