Terms and Conditions for shipping:
- Before proceeding, the buyer should fully understand the stated Warranty Claim, limitations, return policy and store policy.
- Silicon Valley will only process and ship out items that are verified paid.
- Silicon Valley will not be held responsible for any damages incurred upon item transit. Upon releasing, rest assure that items are handled properly, in good quality and condition. For product’s internal defects such as dead pixels, please follow and proceed the International Standard Warranty Claim.
- Silicon Valley considers sealed items as complete and with proper accessories. In a rare case that some accessories might not be included or missing, we will conduct an investigation with our distributor; with this shipping cost will now be shouldered by the buyer.
- Silicon Valley will automatically ship out the available items delivered by the supplier. Testing and opening of the sealed item will be upon the customer’s request and for verified payment only.
- By default, goods are shipped without insurance. To ship otherwise, Customer must buy insurance & include in prepaid amount. It is 1% of declared value, in multiples on 1000 + 15. (ex. Value = 12356, 13000 * 1% = 130+15, Insurance is 145). Insurance is to be paid and claimed at chosen courier. Silicon Valley recommends buyer to buy insurance.
The buyer may claim the full value of the item if any unnecessary circumstances happened.
- Shipping charges will vary for destinations that are declared Out of Delivery Area (ODA) by our courier.
- All check deposits, regardless of type, will be subject to 4-8 banking days clearing. Same bank checks are still not recognized, and still subject to minimum 4 days clearing (8 for provincial). The day check is accepted or deposited is considered the 1st day. All orders before 12:00PM will be processed and shipped out the following day.
- Order processing will be made upon payment confirmation.

Online Order Cancellation Policy
All online orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed and payments are verified. Orders are typically shipped by 3:00 pm Philippines Standard Time (PST) Monday to Friday and have to be cancelled before 3:00 pm on the same day of placing your order, (PST)(Monday to Friday) by calling us at 02-371 6868.
If the order is already in route, please refuse the shipment. We will credit you the cost of the product, minus shipping charges, once we have received the item back.

Return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Special orders may not be returned for any reason.
We make every effort to pack and ship our products carefully and we expect the same consideration. All products that are returned need to be packaged in a similar fashion as when received to ensure damage does not occur. No credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition.
In a rare case, item or items returned are not pristine | unsealed condition, 10% of total amount of product/s will be depreciated and be charged to the buyer for restocking fee.
